ONLINE CONSULTATION PROCESS
  • Once the appointment time is confirmed, the patient will receive a phone call or an email regarding the appointment inquiry and reservation.
  • The online consultation process happens on zoom/ google meet usually and only in case of connectivity issues and when the patient prefers, the meeting happens via WhatsApp video call.
  • The patient has to provide his/her phone number, WhatsApp number, and email id for the contact.
  • The consultation fees of Rs. 1,000 should be paid before the consultation via NEFT transfer or google pay.
  • The details of payment methods are provided on our website. Only making the payment confirms the appointment for a consultation.
  • The patient should submit the pictures or pdf of all his/her old medical records, blood reports, prescriptions, and the medicines being taken currently- for our digital filing process.
  • The doctor will send the meeting link 5-10 min before the meeting time.
  • All patients are requested to keep their meeting surrounding free of interruption and disturbance as the meeting usually happens for about 30-45 min.
  • The details about further follow-up visits and medications/supplements that should be sent to the patient would be communicated by the doctor herself to the patient during the consultation.
